From: Kimberly Shawcroft


3 c. flour
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 c. cocoa
2 tsp. vinegar
1 c. oil
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. cold water

Put all ingredients in one bowl. Mix well. Put in greased and floured 9"x13" pan. Bake at 350F for 35-40 minutes. Cool and frost. Also makes 2 dozen cupcakes. **NOT good for layered cake.
