8 oz. dry pasta (I prefer penne or rotini)
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. half and half
1 c. grated parmesan cheese
1 c. frozen broccoli
1 c. cooked chicken
1 tbsp. dried parsley flakes
1/2 tsp. salt
dash of pepper
garlic and onion powder to taste
Cook noodles and broccoli together. Heat butter and half and half in a 1-qt saucepan over low heat until butter is melted. Stir in remaining ingredients; keep warm over low heat. Pour sauce over hot noodles and broccoli stirring gently until noodles are well coated. May top with a light sprinkle of parmesan cheese, if desired.
