1 can refried beans
1 pkg. mexican velveeta cheese
chopped chili, to taste
garlic salt, to taste

Mix and heat all ingredients in a crockpot.  Heat until cheese is melted.  Serve over nachos or roll up in a tortilla to make a burrito.
**Be sure to cook it in a crockpot**
