2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 c. butter
1 c. water
4 tbsp. cocoa
1 tbsp. vanilla
1/2 c. sour cream
2 eggs, beaten
Bring butter, water and cocoa to a boil in a saucepan. Add in vanilla, sour cream and eggs. Mix all ingredients together and bake at 375F for 20 minutes in a cookie pan with sides or jelly roll pan. Frost cake while still hot.
Frosting
1 box powdered sugar
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1/2 c. butter
6 tbsp. evaporated milk
4 tbsp. cocoa
Bring all ingredients to a boil; remove from heat and add 1 teaspoon vanilla.
