1 c. whole wheat flour

3/4 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
2 medium bananas, mashed
1/3 c. crunchy peanut butter
1/4 c. plain yogurt or sour cream
1 egg
2 tbsp. canola oil
3/4 c. semisweet chocolate chips

Preheat oven to 350F.  Coat standard loaf pan or muffin pan with cooking spray.  Combine dry ingredients.  Whisk together mashed banana, peanut butter, yogurt, egg and oil.  Add to the flour mixture until combined.  Fold in chocolate chips.  Turn into loaf pan or muffin pan.  Bake 40-50 minutes for bread or 20-25 minutes for muffins.  Cool on rack for 15 minutes before serving.
