Pork chops
Onion
Garlic
Adobo peppers
Flour
Beef Broth
Tomatoes, optional

Season the meat and fry in a skillet with the onion and garlic.  Use the grease and add a little flour, the thicken a little bit.  Add enough broth to cover, and let simmer.  Add adobo peppers.  If it is too spicy add tomatoes.  This soup also goes well over burritos, tacos or whatever is on your plate.  **All measurements are to your personal preferences and tastes, like all family recipes.
