1 1/2 cup sifted flour
1 cup sugar
1/2 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
3/4 tsp. cinnamon
sift into bowl, cut in 3/4 cup shortening or butter, 1 egg well beaten, 1 cup mashed ripe bananas and miz well
add 1 3/4 cup rolled oats, 1/2 cup chopped muts mix well.
bake at 400* on pam sprayed cookie sheet
