2 c. flour
1/4 - 1/2 c. oil
2 eggs
2 tbsp. brown sugar
4 tsp. baking powder
2 c. milk
Combine all ingredients and cook in a waffle iron. This batter will keep in the refrigerator for about 5 days. **Notes: I always triple the recipe and I always use 1/2 white flour and 1/2 wheat flour.**
