2 bell peppers, halved & cleaned
1 c. cooked rice
1/2 lb. ground beef, browned
1 can stewed diced tomatoes
1 can beans

Mix rice, beef, tomatoes and beans. Put into bell peppers. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake in 350F oven until warm and cheese is melted.
