1 1/4 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1/4 c. cornmeal
1 egg
3/4 c. milk
2 c. salmon, cooked (or other favorite fresh or canned fish)
Stir until just combined, drop by rounded tablespoonfuls into deep hot oil (375F). Fry until golden brown.
