1 - 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 - 1 1/2 c. quick-cooking oatmeal
2-3 eggs
Salt & pepper to taste
Onion salt to taste
Worcestershire sauce to taste
1 c. ketchup
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 tbsp. mustard
Combine first seven ingredients and press into a loaf pan. Cover with foil. Bake at 375F for 45 minutes. (To make meat loaf more crispy remove foil after 30 minutes). Combine ketchup, brown sugar and mustard. Spread over meat. Bake an additional 15-20 minutes.
